A 189th Airlift Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, C-130 aircraft takes off from Hector International Airport, Fargo, N.D., Sept. 30, 2017, carrying Disaster Relief Beddown Set (DRBS) equipment being airlifted from the North Dakota Air National Guard Base to the U.S. Virgin Islands in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. The DRBS is a portable ‘tent city’ designed to house 150 people, that includes; showers, laundry facilities, latrines, water purification, generators and power distribution.
