North Dakota Air National Guard, push a generator toward an Arkansas Air National Guard C-130 aircraft as they load it for airlift to the U.S. Virgin Islands from the North Dakota Air National Guard Base, Fargo, N.D., Sept. 30, 2017. The generator a piece of equipment being sent as part of a Disaster Relief Beddown Set (DRBS) being airlifted to the hurricane disaster area in the Caribbean in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria. The DRBS is a portable ‘tent city’ designed to house 150 people, that includes; showers, laundry facilities, latrines, water purification, generators and power distribution.
