    Albert Masticola, a blue roof quality assessor and hydropgraphic surveyor from the Louisville District talks with residents that sustained roof damage as he surveys damage to their home in Summerland Key, Fl. He is currently deployed to Big Pine Keys assisting the #USACE Task Force Keys in providing technical assistance to FEMA and helping residents temporary fix their roofs. Masticola inspected this home where the owners lost three cars, two motorcycles a boat and the roof was damaged.
