Keesler personnel and local high school Junior ROTC cadets place their hands over their hearts during the singing of the national anthem at the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Diversity Outreach Day Sept. 15, 2017, on Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. The event consisted of 10 Mississippi gulf coast high school Junior ROTC units viewing an 81st Security Forces Squadron military working dog demonstration and receiving information about Air Force opportunities and accession requirements with an emphasis on STEM.
