Soldiers of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), participate in the Regimental Orientation Program (ROP) graduation in Conmy Hall on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va., Sept. 25, 2017. ROP is a three-week program designed to train new Soldiers in rifle movements, ceremonial marching, and uniform styles unique to The Old Guard.
