CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, Japan – A youth Eisa group prepares to start their Eisa dance at the 21st Annual Ginowan City Youth Eisa Festival Sept. 23 on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. The weekend festival had food, games and fireworks alongside the youth groups’ performances. Eisa is a Okinawa dance for the ancestors. It brings communities together through shared customs.
