Sgt. Raphael Bonair, Fort Bragg Culinary Arts Team member, receives two silver medals from Col. Gwen Bingham, the quartermaster commandant, during the 36th Annual Armed Forces Culinary Arts Competition at Fort Lee, Va., March 11. The Fort Bragg team collectively received 40 medals, 15 gold, 20 silver and 5 bronze.
