Soldiers from the intelligence section of Sustainment Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, perform the bent leg tuck and twist, a form of a reverse crunch, during unit physical training designed by Cpt. Kristy Koontz, Behavioral Health Officer, Sustainment Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, to build on July 13th, at Whitside Gym’s track and field on Ft. Riley, Kansas. Participants must complete an exercise listed on a board, as a unit, before they are able to reach grab the item that awaits them in a bag.
