U.S. Marines participate in Force Fitness drills as a part of the Force Fitness Instructor (FFI) Course at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., Sept. 6, 2017. The FFI course is made up of physical training, classroom instruction and practical application to provide the students with a holistic approach to fitness.
