The Coast Guard is searching for a possible person in the water near St. Louis, September 23, 2017. Coast Guard Sector Upper Mississippi River received a report from the motor vessel Ms. Shelia that they located a 20-foot red aluminum canoe adrift and unmanned near Merchant’s Bridge at mile marker 183.2 on the Upper Mississippi River.
