CalGuard Soldiers from the 40th Infantry Division await the arrival of the official party during a Change of Command ceremony, Sept. 16 at the Joint Force Training Base in Los Alamitos. The ceremony included a performance by the 40th ID Band and an M119 Howitzer salute, and was part of the Division’s 100th anniversary celebrations.
