U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Cody Smith a loadmaster with the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG) directs a Nebraska Army National Guard High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle into the back of a NCANG C-130 Hercules for transport to Jacksonville Florida in support of relief efforts for Hurricane Irma, while at a Nebraska Airfield, Sept. 11, 2017. Hurricane Irma was one of the largest Atlantic Hurricanes in recorded history inspiring a large relief effort from state both in and outside of the affected area.
