    Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Richard Myers, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, cuts a board for the roof girt for the Falalop Elementary School Culture house in Ulithi on September 11, 2017. NMCB 3 Seabees are constructing culture houses to support the Typhoon Maysak Reconstruction Project (TMRP). NMCB 3 is the forward deployed, Western Pacific NMCB, ready to support Major Combat Operations, Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief operations. They provide general engineering and civil support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces. Homeported out of Port Hueneme, Calif., NMCB 3 has 14 detached sites deployed throughout the United States and Western Pacific area of operations.
