ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 19, 2017) An MH-60S Sea Hawk, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 28, departs the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) with Capt. James R. Midkiff following a change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Capt. Joseph R. O’Brien relieved Capt. James R. Midkiff to become Iwo Jima’s 12th commanding officer.
