Members of U.S. Naval War College’s (NWC) Color Guard parade the colors during a pinning ceremony for six newly promoted chief petty officers (CPOs) held at NWC. The newly promoted CPOs included: Chief Legalman Daniela Briceno, assigned to Naval Justice School; Chief Quartermaster Dustin Donner, assigned to Surface Warfare Officers School; Chief Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician Alex Dyer, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit 12 Detachment Newport; Chief Quartermaster Samantha Honaker, assigned to Surface Warfare Officers School; Chief Hospital Corpsman Christopher Van Gelder, assigned to Naval Health Clinic New England; and Chief Navy Counselor Anthony Wagner, assigned to Surface Warfare Officers School.
