    Nebraska National Guard Deploys for Hurricane Harvey Relief

    Members from the Nebraska Air National Guard 155th Medical Group deploy to provide Hurricane Harvey relief in Texas September 2 to 9, 2017 Lincoln, Nebraska. Forty-four Medical Group personnel deployed to Texas to provide assistance and relief medical triage capabilities as a CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives) CERFP (Enhanced Response Force Package). SSgt Jonathan Zgainer and other members of the Nebraska National Guard CERFP team are greeted with Hi Fives from Lt Col Olech and other Texas NG personnel evening of Sept 4, 2017 at the Beaumont Baptist Hospital established Texas CERFP footprint. The Texas National Guard team was very grateful for the Nebraska relief team, as they had been serving at the Beaumont hospital on 12-hours shifts for a few days after Hurricane Harvey hit the area.
