Dugas, a Plainfield, Conn., native, all combat engineers attached to the Black Sea Rotational Force 11, finish the last day of building new sidewalks at a high-traffic area on Camp Margarita. The Marines used the community-improvement projects to prepare and train their skills for their deployment to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions as well as boost the aesthetics and living conditions of 33 Area.
