Overlooking a high-traffic area of Camp Margarita, Lance Cpl. Joshua M. Dewitt, a combat engineer attached to the Black Sea Rotational Force 11, of Lake Orion, Mich., screeds the freshly-poured concrete over a newly-built sidewalk. The engineering team of BSRF-11 built sidewalks in specific locations for 33 Area to improve the community and provide aesthetics as well as train their skills for their deployment to the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions.
