Houle, of Boston and the combat engineer platoon sergeant, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, saws a piece of lumber with a chop saw for a training project in 33 Area to build sidewalks to improve the community and aesthetics of Camp Margarita. The Marines took on the community-improvement projects to help prepare them for the work they will be doing in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions for community relations and peace-keeping operations during their deployment.
