Emptying a load of dirt, Lance Cpl. Joshua T. Burleson, a combat engineer with Black Sea Rotational Force 11, from East Pointe, Mich., operates a Bobcat skid steer to help excavate an area for a new sidewalk in 33 Area. The engineers built a series of concrete sidewalks at Camp Margarita to develop and standardize skills they will need for their deployment to the Black Sea, Caucasus and Balkan regions, as well as to help complete much-needed projects in the community.
