A CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter with Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 265, Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force and a Navy SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter with Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing, Pacific Fleet, taxi the runway here as they prepare to execute re-supply and transport missions in support of Operation Tomodachi March 15. The proximity of Marine aviation assets at Marine Corps Air Station Futenma has allowed Marines from III MEF to rapidly deploy critically-needed supplies and aid to areas that need it most.
