    Staff Sgt. Vincent Dupree, a petroleum supply specialist with the 249th Quartermaster Composite Supply Company, 82nd Sustainment Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, lost his home to Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Twenty-five years later, the Miami native returned to Florida to provide support after Hurricane Irma.
