U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis speaks to soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines and civilians assigned to U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) headquarters during an all hands call at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., Sept. 14, 2017.
