The continuum model is a tool used by the Marine Corps to measure the level of stress individuals maintain by describing an individual’s current state of mind and the various factors that may be detouring their combat readiness.
Where every Marine may believe they are action ready, operational combat stress combined with the daily rigors of life impacts every individual differently. When faced with one or multiple issues it is important to seek help immediately.
