    170913-N-KW679-0018 GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba (September 13, 2017) The expeditionary fast transport vessel USNS Spearhead (T-EPF 1), left of center, is shown moored behind the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Diamondback (WPB 87370), right, and U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Pelican (WPB 87327) at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay. Sailors and civil service mariners assigned to Spearhead are in port to load the ship with food and water for persons affected by Hurricane Irma.
