FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Soldiers of Company C, 6th Battalion, 101st Aviation Regiment, Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), and airmen of 433rd Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, load UH-60 medevac Black Hawk helicopters on to a U.S. Air Force C-5M Super Galaxy, Sept. 11, at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The air load operation is part of the 101st Abn. Div.’s preparations to support possible Hurricane Irma relief efforts. While the division has not received orders to deploy personnel or equipment to assist in the Total Army’s support to local, state and federal hurricane response efforts and the Defense Department’s Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission, it remains ready to respond to this or any contingency.
