101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air assault) Soldiers unload an HH-60 medevac Blackhawk helicopter from a C-5 Galaxy military aircraft as part of the 101st Abn. Div.’s preparations to support Hurricane Irma relief efforts, Sept. 11, at Patrick Air Force Base. While the division received orders to reposition some of its forces, it has not been ordered to assist in the Total Army’s support to local, state and federal hurricane response efforts and the Defense Department’s Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission.
