FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. – Soldiers of Company C, 6th Battalion, 101st General Aviation Support Battalion, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), and airmen assigned to 433rd Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, load HH-60 medevac Blackhawk helicopters on to a U.S. Air Force C-5M Super Galaxy, Sept. 11, at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The air load operation is part of the 101st Abn. Div.’s preparations to support Hurricane Irma relief efforts. While the division received orders to reposition some of its forces, it has not been ordered to assist in the Total Army’s support to local, state and federal hurricane response efforts and the Defense Department’s Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission.
