Army Spc. Ryan Utsler, a native of Des Moines, Iowa, assigned to Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, U.S. Army Alaska, launches a RQ-11 Raven during live-fire training at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 8, 2017. The RQ-11 Raven is a small hand-launched, remote-controlled, unmanned aerial vehicle.
