U.S. Coast Guard personnel are unloading relief supplies, including a visible GENERAC portable generator (model GP5500), from a Coast Guard vessel onto a dock. The scene appears to be a post-hurricane disaster relief operation, evidenced by storm-damaged trees with stripped foliage visible on the hillside in the background. Multiple uniformed personnel form a working party to move equipment down a gangway ramp onto the pier.
