An American Flag is used to honor the victims of Sept. 11, 2001 and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice since Sept. 11, 2001 to Aug. 27, 2017, "The Reading of The Names" at Gosnolds Hope Park, Hampton, Va., Sept. 11, 2017.
