Lt. Col. Francisco Flores, deployed from Joint Base Charleston, answers the phone at the alternate Crisis Action Team facility at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Sept. 9, 2017. Flores was the Stage Manager for C-17 Globemaster III aircraft staged at Scott for hurricane relief operations.
