2nd Lt. James Montgomery (seated), an administrative officer for the 646th Regional Support Group (RSG), weighs and manifests Soldiers on July 27, 2017 for their flight as part of the arrival and departure airfield control group at Robert Gray Army Airfield on Fort Hood, Texas. Montgomery's exceptional performance and ability to conduct manifest operations led him to train Soldiers from all major active duty commands on Fort Hood, as well as training Soldiers from III Corps, the installation command. The 646th RSG is an Army Reserve unit from Madison, Wisconsin and is currently providing support for units mobilizing from or returning to Fort Hood.
