A diver with Lam Hong Diving prepares to conduct a dive while supporting the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) on an underwater investigation of a potential aircraft crash site in the South China Sea near Da Nang, Vietnam, Aug. 16, 2017. For the first time ever, DPAA is conducting underwater investigations utilizing a local Vietnamese dive company, Lam Hong Diving.
