Lam Hong Diving ship Discovery 01 floats in the South China Sea near Da Nang, Vietnam, Aug. 12, 2017 while conducting operations for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). For the first time ever, DPAA is conducting underwater investigations utilizing a local Vietnamese dive company, Lam Hong Diving.
