Coast Guard Sector San Juan members establish an Incident Command Post for Hurricane Irma response and conduct an operations and safety briefing prior to the storm making landfall, Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017. The Hurricane Irma Incident Command Post have assets and personnel standing by to assist anyone in distress as soon as it is practical and safe to do so following the passing of the storm.
