U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Chance Cunningham, 20th Civil Engineer Squadron pavement and construction equipment journeyman, operates an excavator at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 28, 2017. Cunningham used the excavator to remove approximately 10 tons of dirt and six tons of asphalt so the ground could be leveled before the construction of a driveway.
