Illinois law-enforcement personnel with the Lee County Sheriff’s Department and Dixon Police Department complete a training scenario at the Range 41 Urban-Assault Course on Sept. 26, 2016, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The personnel were part of a team called the Joint Operations Group, which is similar to a special-weapons-and-tactics team.
