Norfolk Police Department Crime Prevention Unit demonstrates the horizontal gaze nystagmus test with Chief of Staff, Capt. Don Kelso of Commander, U.S. Second Fleet. The test involves following an object with the eyes (such as a pen) to determine characteristic eye movement reaction. The demonstration took place during Second Fleet’s Safety Standdown, March 4.
