The 7th Operations Support Squadron weather flight located at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, has two primary focuses: airfield weather and mission weather. The airfield weather element focuses on delivering accurate forecasts to the base and protecting resources, whereas the mission weather element focuses on providing weather information supporting the B-1B Lancer, C-130J Super Hercules and any transit aircraft flights from Dyess.
