Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Brandon Arciello, a boatswain’s mate aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Healy, participates in a yoga class Sunday, Aug. 27, 2017, aboard the cutter during the crew's transit to the Arctic.
Arciello has participated in yoga classes aboard the Healy for two of his three years on the cutter, as for him, it is a good way to relieve stress, as well as keep nimble and ready for work.
