Nasser Alajmi walks up the brow amphibious dock landing ship USS Carter Hall to attend a reception in honor of Kuwait's 50 years of independence and 20 years of liberation. The celebration was attended by dignitaries and special guests of the United States Embassy and Kuwaiti government. Carter Hall is part of Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group, supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
