Airmen from the 71st Rescue Squadron load cargo into a HC-130J Combat King II in preparation for rescue operations following Hurricane Harvey Aug. 28, 2017 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. Hurricane Harvey made landfall in southeastern Texas, bringing record flooding and destruction to the region.
