The 71st Rescue Squadron prepares cargo to load into a HC-130J Combat King II in preparation for rescue operations following Hurricane Harvey, Aug. 28, 2017, at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Forth Worth, Texas. Hurricane Harvey formed in the Gulf of Mexico and made landfall in southeastern Texas, bringing record flooding and destruction to the region.
