(Aug. 29, 2017) Hospitalman Recruit Haley Benavidez, assigned to Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, sticks a needle into the arm of Construction Mechanic 1st Class Jason Kaiser, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group (CRG) 2, during an Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) blood drive on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. The ASBP is a joint operation among the Navy, Army and Air Force, and works to collect, press, store, distribute, and transfuse blood worldwide.
