Coast Guard Cmdr. Keith Ropella leads the crew in an informal muster Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017, prior to crew getting underway from Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
Ropella is the executive officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy, and the crew will be deployed for about three weeks in support of the second Arctic West Summer 2017 mission - the primary goal of which is to study biological hotspots along the northeast shelf.
