Iraqi army Maj. Gen. Anwar Hamad Amin speaks to U.S. Army Col. Patrick Stackpole and to the Grand Tribal Sheik meeting, Iraq, Feb. 18. Amin is the commander of the 2nd Brigade, 4th Iraqi army Division. Col. Stackpole is the commander of the 3rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
