Paul Romagnoli, commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 25th Infantry Division, United States Division-Center, symbolizing the transition of command of the unit to her, during a change of command ceremony, at Camp Liberty, Iraq, Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011. The 25th Infantry Division Band is the fifth Army band she has commanded and she come to the unit from the U.S. Army Warrant Career College.
