Major Christopher Spencer, 88th Regional Support Command retirement services officer, speaks with Jim Damico and his wife during a presentation of awards earned by Joe's brother, Pfc. George G. Damico, for his service during the Korean War in Cumberland, Wisconsin August 22. Pfc. Damico was killed in action in Korea on September 27, 1950 and his remains were never found.
