Soldiers with the 191st Military Police Company escort 347th Regional Support Group Commander, Col. Lowell Kruse, during a personal security detail at Camp Ripley on Aug. 20, 2017. The 191st, which is preparing for a PSD mission in Afghanistan next year, asked for a training opportunity with Kruse during the brigade’s Combat Support Training Exercise. The team just completed the emergency vehicle operator’s course at Camp Ripley, honing their skills to perform high speed egress movements if their principal comes under threat during convoy operations.
